Supporting neurodivergent people to access therapy.
Most people have an array of executive function skills strengths and weaknesses. Identifying those challenges can help in order to devise strategies to overcome these weaknesses. The malleable nature of the brain’s neural pathways means we can all learn techniques to overcome executive function challenges.
As a psychologist, you may be aware of the unique needs of our neurodivergent clients to thrive in a therapeutic setting, but now you seek specialised training to provide this bespoke support as an Executive Function Coach, to extend your support offering.
Our Coach Training for Psychologists Course
Executive function coaching is a client/student-led approach to behaviour change. It helps individuals to develop self awareness and to form new habits, enhancing their lives and helping them become more successful at mastering the skills they need to flourish. These are often the barrier to success for individuals struggling at school or the workplace have their roots in challenges with executive function skills. Through our three step approach, clients are more aware of the reasons for their challenges and take more ownership of their personal development.
Utilise your psychology training and experience to grow your support offerings toolkit, or pivot for a new career: Executive Function Coaching can be delivered as a bespoke intervention or integrated into an existing coaching practice.

Who can attend the training?
The training is aimed at registered, experienced psychologists already working with children, young people, or adults. You need to meet the following requirements, and provide evidence of each before you begin the course:
- A psychology degree & national registration pertaining to your country of work
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing as a psychologist.
- Recent safeguarding training certificate
- A copy of DBS certificate (or equivalent police check)
- If you wish to work with children/young people: Evidence of a minimum of three years’ working experience with children and/or young people.
